Therapist | Find balance | Postpartum
Taylor Brown is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who brings both professional expertise and lived experience to the therapeutic space. Her passion lies in supporting children, adolescents, families, and women—especially during the powerful and complex seasons of motherhood. Taylor creates a safe, serene space for healing and growth—where clients can uncover the root of their struggles and build stronger, more connected lives.
Taylor holds a Master’s in Counseling and Development with a specialization in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. She is especially committed to promoting maternal mental health, recognizing that comprehensive prenatal and postpartum care doesn’t begin and end at the doctor’s office. By integrating mental health care into the journey, Taylor helps mothers navigate the emotional and psychological aspects of pregnancy and the postpartum period with strength and support.
She works to increase awareness of Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs) and equips clients with practical, effective coping strategies—creating space for both healing and empowerment. Taylor believes in walking alongside mothers because maternal mental health matters.
Therapy Approach
Taylor’s counseling philosophy is rooted in honesty, open-minded empathy, and continual growth. She sees each client’s story as sacred and unique, and works to provide personalized support that addresses their individual needs and aspirations.
Her approach to therapy is holistic, acknowledging the deep connection between the mind, body, and spirit. Taylor believes that healing begins from within, and that the things we consume—physically, mentally, and emotionally—have a profound impact on our well-being.
She creates a calm, judgment-free environment of Pure Serenity, where clients can explore their inner world and move toward growth. Her sessions are warm, respectful, and client-centered. She integrates a range of therapeutic modalities, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Solution-Focused Therapy
Narrative Therapy
Somatic Approaches
Mindfulness-Based Practices
Bibliotherapy
This flexible, whole-person approach allows Taylor to walk alongside her clients as they identify core issues, strengthen their sense of self, and build a foundation for long-term wellness.
