Marion Vickerman, LMFT-S

Owner/Vice-President & Therapist at NewPath | Relationship Repair | Emotional Wellness

Marion  has over 25 years of helping individuals, couples, and families learn to connect and understand themselves and one another. She creates a safe, authentic space where honest conversations can unfold, defenses soften, and genuine connection can grow. Blending clinical wisdom with creativity and intuition, Marion guides clients toward clarity, healing, and hope in their relationships and daily lives.

Do you ever feel like you’re talking, but no one is truly hearing you?

Life’s challenges can feel heavy, and when hope feels far away, even the strongest relationships can begin to fray. Communication breaks down, affection gets lost in the noise, and suddenly it feels like you’re standing on opposite sides of a canyon.

Teamwork really does make the dream work.

When a relationship is stuck, everything can feel harder. Whether you’re trying to deepen a partnership, navigate family dynamics, or simply feel more connected to the people around you, lack of communication can turn even small misunderstandings into big walls.

The good news is that with care and intention, you can build stronger, healthier patterns that shift both the small, everyday tensions and the bigger struggles you’re facing.

Craving real connection?

If you long for more ease in communicating and relating—whether with a partner, family, or even yourself—Marion can help.

As a mental health therapist with over 25 years of experience, she walks alongside individuals and couples who are ready to transform the way they connect. Together you will work to create emotional, intellectual, sexual, and spiritual depth that leads to more authentic relationships.

How Marion works

Through counseling, Marion helps people find clarity and hope for their life’s journey. Her approach is both intuitive and practical: She listens deeply, ask curious questions, and helps you uncover patterns that may be blocking your growth. She doesn’t just “process in the room”—she continues reflecting between sessions so you both can put the pieces back together in ways that last.

Over time, her clients often discover new possibilities for healing and moving forward—not only in their personal relationships, but in how they show up in every area of life.

Outside the Office
Marion's and her husband Shannon blended their families years ago—a journey that’s been full of ups and downs, but worth every step. Together, they have raised three incredible adult children: Lauren and her husband, Christopher, Katherine, and Tyler.

These days, their greatest joy comes from time with family, being outside on their land, bee keeping, fishing, golfing, and caring for their furry family members—their Aussiedoodle, Abi, and their five spirited mini-donkeys, Mama Pearl, Elton, Sampson, Rosie, and Hank. They remind her daily of the importance of play, connection, and unconditional love.
