Le’Toria Trahan, LPC
Therapist | Uncover your strengths | Heal from your past
Whether you're navigating a season of transition, struggling with relationship challenges, or just feeling unsure of who you are or where you're going, Le’Toria Trahan provides a safe, judgment-free space to explore your thoughts and emotions. With a warm, client-centered approach, she helps individuals connect with their inner strength, gain insight into long-standing patterns, and create lasting change.
Le’Toria is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience supporting individuals across the lifespan—from children to senior adults. She has a special passion for working with young adults, college students, and women, offering guidance through the pressures of modern life, including identity development, academic stress, career decisions, and balancing work, family, and relationships.
Therapy Approach
Le’Toria earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Lamar University. She draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to create a highly personalized treatment experience. Each session is designed around your unique needs, values, and goals.
Her work often includes exploring the impact of childhood experiences, trauma, and nervous system responses that continue to shape emotional well-being today. She is inspired by the belief that “until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate” (Carl Jung). By uncovering the core beliefs and unconscious patterns formed early in life, clients are empowered to rewrite their stories and make empowered, intentional choices.
Le’Toria’s sessions are rooted in compassion, curiosity, and connection—offering a calm space for clients to be seen, heard, and supported in their healing journey.
Outside the Office
When she’s not in session, Le’Toria enjoys quality time with her husband and two sons. She loves going to the movies—especially in the theater—and has a deep love for Sonic Cokes (her favorite is vanilla, sweet cream, and lime!). Disney vacations are her ultimate escape, where she can relax, recharge, and soak in the magic.
