Kimberly Craigen, LPC
Therapist | Trauma | Relationship Counseling | Anxiety Support
Whether you're struggling with addiction, disconnection in your relationships, or the daily pressures of anxiety and depression, Kimberly Craigen offers a grounded and compassionate space for healing. Her clients often describe feeling “stuck” in unhelpful patterns—whether that’s numbing through addictions, escaping into social media, or simply going through the motions in a disconnected relationship.
Kimberly believes that everyone deserves a chance to sit down with someone who listens without judgment and helps them see life from a different perspective.
Therapy that meets you where you are.
Kimberly’s counseling style is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and an eclectic approach that allows her to personalize treatment for each client’s unique needs. She creates a safe, open, and unbiased environment where individuals, couples, and families can explore their struggles and begin building new ways of thinking, relating, and living.
She’s especially passionate about helping clients uncover healthy coping skills, reconnect with themselves and others, and learn how to thrive in the midst of life’s many challenges.
Before becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor, Kimberly worked for many years as a registered nurse, which gave her a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the impact of life experiences on overall wellness. Her desire to help others heal holistically led her to earn a Master of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2018.
She brings over 20 years of experience caring for people and their families—offering insight, empathy, and practical tools for real change.
Outside the office:
Outside of her work, Kimberly enjoys time with her husband and two amazing adult daughters. She’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves gardening, caring for animals, and working on a local farm. Her deep love for pets reflects her belief in the healing power of nature and connection—whether with people or animals.
