"No matter how difficult today may feel, growth is always possible."

Life can be confusing, unpredictable, and exhausting. Sometimes we're faced with challenges that leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what comes next. Whether you're navigating loss, relationship struggles, anxiety, parenting challenges, or a major life transition, it can be difficult to find your footing on your own.

Steve Kramlick, LPC, believes that counseling provides an opportunity to regain clarity, find balance, and take back control of how we think, feel, and respond to life's challenges. With more than three decades of experience in counseling and social services, Steve has helped individuals and families navigate some of life's most difficult seasons while discovering their own strength, resilience, and capacity for growth.

Steve works with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults facing a wide range of concerns including grief and loss, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, mood instability, parenting concerns, anger management, and major life changes. He understands that every person's journey is unique and believes therapy should be tailored to meet each client's individual needs and goals.

Throughout his career, Steve has worked in hospice, inpatient psychiatric care, long-term care, and outpatient counseling settings. These experiences have provided him with a deep understanding of the many ways life can challenge us and the many paths available for healing and growth.

His counseling style is warm, practical, and encouraging. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Reality Therapy, Steve helps clients develop realistic coping strategies, build confidence, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change in their daily lives. Clients often appreciate his calm presence, life experience, and ability to offer both support and practical guidance.

As a Christian counselor, Steve is also available to incorporate faith into the counseling process for clients who desire a faith-based perspective as part of their healing journey.
