Counseling Intern | Strengths-Based Support | Growth & Resilience
"Sometimes the strongest thing you can do is ask for support."
Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're facing stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, it can be difficult to navigate those experiences on your own. Having a safe space to pause, reflect, and process can make all the difference.
Rebekka Quast is a graduate counseling student dedicated to creating a supportive and compassionate environment where clients feel heard, valued, and understood. She believes that every person possesses unique strengths and resilience, even during life's most challenging seasons.
Rebekka's counseling style is warm, encouraging, and strengths-based. She works collaboratively with clients to help them better understand themselves, identify personal strengths, and move toward meaningful goals. Her focus is on helping clients build confidence, develop healthy coping skills, and create positive changes that align with their values and aspirations.
She believes healing and growth happen when people feel safe enough to be authentic and supported enough to explore both challenges and possibilities. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or simply looking for support, Rebekka strives to create a space where you can slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence.
