"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." — Carl Jung

Life can feel overwhelming when you're trying to figure out who you are, where you're headed, or how to navigate the challenges that come with relationships, career decisions, family responsibilities, and personal growth. Sometimes we find ourselves repeating the same patterns without understanding why, leaving us feeling stuck, frustrated, or disconnected from the life we want to create.

Le'Toria Trahan, LPC, believes that lasting change begins with self-awareness. She helps clients uncover the beliefs, experiences, and patterns that influence their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so they can make more intentional choices and move forward with confidence.

Le'Toria works with individuals across the lifespan but has a special passion for helping young adults, college students, and women navigate identity development, life transitions, relationship concerns, stress, and personal growth. She understands the unique pressures that come with balancing school, careers, relationships, family responsibilities, and the expectations we place on ourselves.

Her counseling style is warm, compassionate, and client-centered. Le'Toria creates a safe, judgment-free environment where clients can openly explore their experiences, gain insight into long-standing patterns, and discover strengths they may not realize they already possess.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, she tailors each counseling experience to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual. Her work often involves helping clients understand how childhood experiences, trauma, and nervous system responses continue to impact emotional well-being and relationships today.

Le'Toria believes healing happens when people feel seen, heard, and empowered. Whether you're working through a difficult transition, relationship challenges, questions about identity, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, she is committed to helping you create meaningful and lasting change.

Outside the Office

When she's not working with clients, Le'Toria enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. She loves going to the movies, especially seeing films on the big screen, and proudly admits that a Sonic Coke is one of her favorite treats—with vanilla, sweet cream, and lime being the perfect combination.

She also enjoys Disney vacations, where she can relax, recharge, and enjoy quality time with her family. Her appreciation for connection, growth, and meaningful experiences carries into both her personal life and her work as a therapist.
