Kristi Powell is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience supporting clients through life's most difficult transitions. From grief and anxiety to relationship issues and parenting aging parents, Kristi offers a compassionate, collaborative space to explore what’s not working and to build a more fulfilling life.


Her style is grounded in both faith and practicality. Clients appreciate her ability to be warm and encouraging while also providing direct, honest feedback that helps them grow.

Kristi is an adventurer at heart who enjoys gardening, historical fiction, traveling, playing the piano, and spending time outdoors with her family. She’s passionate about connecting with others and living life fully—one intentional step at a time.
