Kimberly Craigen, LPC

Therapist | Trauma, Relationships & Addiction Recovery | Helping You Break Unhealthy Patterns

"Healing begins when we stop surviving on autopilot and start living with intention."

Sometimes life can feel like you're running in circles. You may find yourself stuck in the same unhealthy patterns, disconnected from the people you love, overwhelmed by anxiety, or using coping strategies that no longer serve you. Whether you're struggling with addiction, relationship challenges, depression, trauma, or stress, it can be difficult to know how to move forward.

Kimberly Craigen, LPC, believes that meaningful change begins with understanding the patterns that keep us stuck and developing healthier ways to cope, connect, and grow. She provides a compassionate, judgment-free environment where clients can explore challenges openly while building practical tools for lasting change.

Kimberly works with individuals, couples, and families facing addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, family conflict, and negative thinking patterns. She is especially passionate about helping clients identify the beliefs, behaviors, and coping strategies that may be preventing them from living the life they truly want.

Before becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor, Kimberly spent many years working as a Registered Nurse. Her healthcare background provided a unique perspective on the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, relationships, and life experiences. After witnessing firsthand how emotional struggles affect overall wellness, she felt called to help people heal on a deeper level and earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Today, Kimberly brings more than 20 years of experience caring for individuals and families. Her counseling approach combines empathy, practical problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the challenges people face during difficult seasons of life.

Drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating other evidence-based approaches, Kimberly tailors treatment to each client's individual needs. She helps clients challenge negative thought patterns, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change that extends beyond the therapy office.

Clients often appreciate Kimberly's calm, supportive presence and her ability to help them see situations from new perspectives. Her goal is to help people reconnect with themselves, improve their relationships, and build lives that feel healthier, more balanced, and more fulfilling.
