Therapist | Relationship Repair | Faith-Based Support
Are you and your partner stuck in the same arguments that never get resolved?
Are you trying to heal after infidelity or avoid tough conversations for fear they’ll push you further apart?
Have you lost your emotional or physical spark?
If any of this feels familiar, you’re not alone. Many couples and individuals experience these struggles—but there is hope. Kayla Bishop, LMFT, provides a warm and nonjudgmental space to explore where you've been, where you are, and where you want to go in your relationships and your life.
Kayla uses a solution-focused approach rooted in systems theory, helping individuals, couples, and families identify patterns, build insight, and make small, powerful changes that lead to greater harmony and fulfillment.
She works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, using therapy to help partners rediscover emotional intimacy, address conflict, and develop new ways of communicating and relating to one another. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, grief, stress, or disconnection, Kayla focuses on your goals and helps guide you toward meaningful growth and healing.
Before entering the counseling field, Kayla worked as a social worker advocating for children in the foster care system. That experience instilled in her a deep respect for the complexity of human relationships and the power of personal transformation. Her decision to become a therapist was fueled by a desire to walk alongside individuals and families as they pursue lasting change—not just in crisis, but in healing and growth.
Kayla’s work emphasizes that each person in the family system plays a role, and even small shifts can spark significant improvements in connection and communication.
