"Life is tough...but so are you."

Recovery is rarely a straight line. Whether you're struggling with substance use, supporting a loved one through addiction, or trying to rebuild your life after years of unhealthy patterns, it can feel overwhelming to know where to begin. Jessica Bean believes that healing starts with feeling safe, supported, and accepted—without judgment.

Jessica became a counselor because she has always felt a natural calling to help others. She is passionate about creating a space where people feel seen, heard, and understood, even during the most difficult seasons of life. Clients often describe her as relaxed, supportive, and easy to talk to, while also appreciating her ability to provide honest feedback and "tough love" when it's needed most.

Recovery-Focused Counseling

Jessica specializes in working with adolescents and adults struggling with substance use disorders, addiction, recovery, and the challenges that often accompany those experiences. She also enjoys supporting family members who have been impacted by a loved one's addiction, helping them establish healthy boundaries, improve communication, and begin their own healing journey.

She has a particular passion for working with women and teen girls. Through years of experience, Jessica has developed a unique ability to connect with young women navigating self-esteem struggles, emotional challenges, unhealthy coping patterns, and life transitions. She strives to be a trusted adult who provides a safe place for honest conversations and meaningful growth.

Why Addiction Work?

Jessica's passion for addiction counseling is deeply personal. Having overcome her own struggles with an eating disorder in young adulthood, she understands the powerful psychological and physical pull of addiction, as well as the courage and hard work required in recovery.

Her experience has reinforced a belief she carries into every counseling session:

Your story is not over.

No matter how difficult the past may have been, recovery creates the opportunity for a different future. Jessica is continually inspired by the resilience, strength, and transformation she witnesses in her clients every day.

Counseling Style

Jessica provides a supportive, compassionate environment while helping clients take ownership of their recovery and personal growth. Her approach balances empathy with accountability, helping clients build insight, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward lasting change.

Whether you're taking your first steps toward recovery or continuing a journey you've already begun, Jessica is committed to walking alongside you every step of the way.

Outside the Office

When she's not working with clients, Jessica can often be found traveling across Texas for her daughter's softball tournaments. When she's home, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing with her three dogs, and appreciating the simple joys of everyday life.
