Therapist | Life Transitions | Trauma Recovery | Helping You Move Forward

"Sometimes the next step doesn't have to be perfect—it just has to be forward."

Life can leave us feeling stuck. Whether you're carrying the weight of past experiences, navigating a major life transition, struggling with stress, or feeling uncertain about what comes next, it can be difficult to see a clear path forward. In those moments, having someone walk alongside you can make all the difference.

Jason Pollock believes meaningful change begins with self-awareness, compassion, and a willingness to explore new possibilities. He works collaboratively with clients to identify strengths, gain clarity, and create practical steps toward the life they want to build.

Jason earned his Master's degree in Counseling from McNeese State University and has experience working with both individuals and groups facing a variety of emotional, relational, and life challenges. He is particularly passionate about helping clients who feel overwhelmed, discouraged, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. His goal is to help people reconnect with their resilience and recognize that growth is possible, even during difficult seasons.

His counseling style is warm, encouraging, and collaborative. Drawing from Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and trauma-informed approaches, Jason helps clients identify what's already working, build on existing strengths, and develop new perspectives that support healing and growth. He believes that people are the experts on their own lives and that therapy works best when it feels like a partnership.

Clients often appreciate Jason's ability to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where they can openly explore challenges, think creatively, and discover practical solutions. Whether you're processing trauma, facing uncertainty, working through relationship concerns, or simply looking to improve your emotional well-being, Jason is committed to helping you take meaningful steps forward.
