"Wellness begins with the courage to heal and the power to grow."

Christie Earnheart is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas. With a strong foundation in education and a bachelor’s in Nutrition and Wellness, Christie brings a well-rounded, holistic approach to mental health care.

Her passion for counseling grew from years spent working in the education system, where she developed a deep understanding of the behavioral, emotional, and relational challenges that individuals and families face. Today, she works with teens (ages 13+), adults, couples, and families, offering trauma-informed care that is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based strategies.

Christie integrates multiple therapeutic modalities—including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, solution-focused approaches, existential therapy, emotionally focused therapy, and person-centered counseling—tailoring treatment to meet the unique needs of each client. Her goal is to walk beside her clients with empathy and authenticity as they uncover strengths, build resilience, and begin meaningful healing.

Christie is especially passionate about creating a safe, non-judgmental therapeutic relationship where clients feel heard, empowered, and equipped to make lasting life changes. She emphasizes psychoeducation and skill-building to help clients overcome challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, and adjustment difficulties.

Beyond the Office:

Outside the therapy room, Christie enjoys spending quality time with her family, staying active, and learning about holistic health. Her background in nutrition and wellness continues to influence her personal life and professional practice. She values authenticity, continued growth, and believes that with the right tools and support, healing is always possible.
