"Wellness begins with the courage to heal and the power to grow."

Life doesn't always go according to plan. Sometimes we're faced with unexpected challenges, difficult transitions, relationship struggles, or emotional pain that leaves us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn next. During those seasons, having the right support can make all the difference.

Christie Earnheart believes that healing begins when people feel supported, understood, and empowered to recognize the strengths they already possess. Her goal is to help clients move beyond simply surviving challenges and begin creating meaningful, lasting change in their lives.

Christie earned her Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University and brings a unique perspective through her background in both education and nutrition and wellness. Years spent working in the educational system gave her valuable insight into the emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges faced by individuals and families, while her wellness background reinforced her belief that mental, emotional, and physical well-being are deeply connected.

She works with teens (13+), adults, couples, and families navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, life transitions, and adjustment difficulties. Christie is especially passionate about helping clients build resilience, strengthen self-confidence, and develop practical tools that support long-term emotional wellness.

Her counseling style is warm, authentic, and collaborative. Christie creates a safe, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable exploring difficult experiences, identifying strengths, and working toward meaningful goals. She believes that every person has the capacity for growth and healing when given the right support and tools.

Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Existential Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered approaches, Christie tailors treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. She places a strong emphasis on psychoeducation and skill-building, helping clients better understand themselves while developing strategies they can use in everyday life.

For clients who desire it, Christie is also able to incorporate Christian principles into the counseling process as part of a faith-based approach to healing and personal growth.
